If you’ve been waiting for an excuse to skip making breakfast one morning this week, here you go.

Einstein Bros. Bagels is officially open in Trussville!

The new location is at 1430 Gadsden Highway, Suite 100, in the former Starbucks building.

Whether you’re grabbing breakfast after school drop-off, meeting a friend for coffee, or just need a quick bite before work, it’s another convenient option for Trussville families.

The menu includes fresh-baked bagels, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, lunch sandwiches, pastries, and their signature flavored shmears (which are basically cream cheese… just with a much fancier name).

If this sounds familiar, it’s because Mayor Ben Short teased the new restaurant earlier this year with one of his Facebook riddles. Now the doors are officially open, and Trussville bagel lovers don’t have to drive across town anymore.
