Deerfoot Church of Christ operates a food pantry for individuals and families in need. If you’re unsure about eligibility or pantry hours, the church office can help answer questions and connect you with available resources.

Serving You Ministries

Serving You Ministries provides groceries, clothing assistance, utility assistance, and connections to additional community resources. Food assistance is available by appointment, and the ministry serves families throughout the greater Birmingham area.

Grace Klein Community

Grace Klein Community hosts free grocery distributions throughout the week at locations across Central Alabama, including several convenient locations for families in the Trussville area. Many distributions are drive-thru and do not require an appointment, though schedules and locations can change.

Community Food Bank of Central Alabama

The Community Food Bank of Central Alabama supplies food to hundreds of partner agencies throughout Central Alabama, including many local food pantries and ministries. While they don’t typically distribute food directly to individuals, their online pantry locator is one of the easiest ways to find food assistance near you.

Blessing Boxes Near Trussville

Sometimes you don’t need an appointment or paperwork—you just need a few essentials to help get through the week.

Blessing boxes are stocked by generous neighbors, churches, and community members. They’re available 24 hours a day and operate on one simple idea:
