Shop Local During Trussville Gives Back | Support the Library Playground
One of the things that makes Trussville so special is the way our community shows up for one another.
Our local businesses don’t just serve customers — they sponsor youth sports teams, donate to school fundraisers, support nonprofits, and invest in projects that make our city a better place to live and raise a family. This weekend is another opportunity to see that spirit in action.
From Thursday, July 30, through Saturday, August 1, participating Trussville merchants will donate 10% of their sales to help renovate the playground behind the Trussville Public Library.
If you were already planning to grab coffee, shop for back-to-school, pick up a gift, or enjoy a meal out, consider visiting one of the participating businesses. The purchases you were already going to make can help create a refreshed, welcoming place for local children and families to enjoy for years to come.
Supporting small businesses has always been about more than shopping local. It’s about investing in the people who invest in our community.
